OVERVIEW OF THE FINANCIAL ANALYST ROLE:

• Build and maintain financial models to support business decisions
• Analyze trends, variances, and key performance indicators
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Prepare dashboards and reporting packages for leadership
• Collaborate with accounting on financial reporting and accuracy
• Provide ad hoc analysis on business performance and initiatives

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 2–5+ years of experience in financial analysis or accounting
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• Experience with financial modeling and forecasting
• Ability to communicate insights to non-finance stakeholders
