Key Responsibilities for the Interim Controller:

• The Interim Controller will oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, AP/AR, and month-end close

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports

• The Interim Controller will manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and support audit activities

• The Interim Controller will maintain and improve internal controls and accounting processes

• Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations

Qualifications for the Interim Controller:

• Prior Controller or senior accounting leadership experience

• Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred

• Sage ERP experience a significant plus

• Advanced Excel skills required

• Experience with tax and audit processes highly preferred
