About the Opportunity212° Titans is partnering with organizations across the Greater Philadelphia region to identify accomplished financial leaders for Chief Financial Officer opportunities. We are actively building relationships with experienced CFOs and senior finance executives who are interested in leading financial strategy, driving operational excellence, and serving as trusted advisors to executive leadership teams and Boards of Directors.
These opportunities span a variety of industries including nonprofit, healthcare, professional services, technology, manufacturing, and private equity-backed organizations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead all aspects of financial strategy, planning, forecasting, and analysis
- Oversee accounting, budgeting, treasury, cash flow management, and financial reporting
- Partner closely with CEOs, executive leadership teams, and Boards of Directors
- Develop and implement long-term financial growth strategies
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, tax, and reporting requirements
- Drive process improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies
- Provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making
- Manage banking relationships, financing activities, and capital planning
- Build, mentor, and develop high-performing finance and accounting teams
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- CPA, MBA, or advanced financial credentials preferred
- 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience
- Prior experience as a CFO, VP of Finance, Controller, or Finance Director
- Strong experience with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead organizational growth
- Experience managing audits, compliance, and risk management initiatives
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
