Private Equity Analyst

We're hiring an Analyst at Cendry Capital.

Cendry is a founder‑led private investment firm built to acquire, stabilize, and strengthen mission‑critical aerospace and defense companies — the businesses that produce the components and systems modern defense platforms depend on. We focus on companies that are too complex for generalist investors, too important to fail and too specialized to understand without deep A&D operating experience.

This is not a seat where you build models in the dark. You'll work directly alongside our investment and operating leadership across the full deal lifecycle: sourcing, diligence, structuring, and portfolio value creation — on platforms like VAERO and VECCO.

• Build and maintain financial models, valuation analyses, and diligence materials
• Research acquisition targets across A&D, precision manufacturing, and industrial supply chains
• Support live transactions — corporate carve‑outs, founder‑owned successions & OEM suppliers
• Track portfolio performance and partner with operators on value‑creation initiatives

• 1–3 years in investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory or A&D corporate finance
• Exceptional financial modeling and analytical rigor
• Intellectual curiosity about manufacturing, engineering, and how things actually get built
• A bias toward ownership. We run lean and hand real responsibility early

• Base salary of $75,000 plus performance bonus
• Eligibility for carry / co‑investment as you grow with the platform
