Required Skills:

• Expertise in financial statement analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability metrics
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Experience with ERP systems, especially implementation projects
• Knowledge of trust accounting principles

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Familiarity with Elite 3E, Aderant, or similar systems
• Experience supporting or participating in ERP system implementations

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 3-5 years of financial analysis experience, preferably in a professional services environment

Other Requirements:

• Onsite work at Pittsburgh office (4 days/week after an initial 90-day period of onsite 5 days/week)
