Manager - Strategic Financial Planning & Investments

Role Overview

We are seeking a collaborative and results‑driven Manager, Strategic Financial Planning & Investments to support key financial initiatives across the enterprise. In this remote role, you’ll contribute to financial modeling, capital planning, and business case development in support of high‑impact projects.

• Financial Planning & Analysis:
  Support the development of financial models and strategic frameworks that inform clinical services initiatives and enterprise planning. Participate in the preparation and analysis of multi‑year capital plans.
• Investment & Capital Planning:
  Assist in coordinating the capital investment planning process across the organization. Partner with Finance and business leaders to ensure investments align with enterprise priorities.
• Portfolio Support & Performance Tracking:
  Help manage the investment portfolio by contributing to governance processes, compiling performance data, and supporting regular reporting on project status and outcomes.
• Business Case Development:
  Contribute to the preparation of business cases and cost‑benefit analyses for new initiatives. Support value realization by tracking and reporting financial and operational outcomes.
• Collaboration & Communication:
  Collaborate across cross‑functional teams and serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, finance, and strategy teams. Present data and insights in a clear, structured manner to support decision‑making.

• 5+ years of experience in financial planning, strategic analysis, business consulting, or related fields
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and translate it into actionable insights
• Experience supporting enterprise‑wide projects and cross‑functional teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and self‑motivated with attention to detail

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Finance, Business, Economics or a related field
• Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus, but not required

The typical pay range for this role is: $54,300.00 - $. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.

This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
