We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Client Processing to join our Liquidity & Finance Platform team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Lead and execute complex client service and transactional support functions across liquidity and financing workflows, ensuring operational excellence and timely delivery
  • Serve as a point of escalation for complex client inquiries, issues, and exception resolution; drive root‑cause analysis and implement preventive controls
  • Process and oversee account-related transactions aligned to scheduled events and client‑authenticated directions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to risk and control standards
  • Partner cross‑functionally with internal teams (operations, technology, product, risk) to streamline processes, enhance client outcomes, and resolve issues end‑to-end
  • Utilize AI-enabled tools and automation to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and strengthen data quality and reporting; contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Integrate strong domain knowledge with industry standards and best practices to design and refine operational procedures and client solutions
  • Allocate, review, and quality‑check work of team members; perform supervisory reviews/approvals in line with control requirements
  • Contribute to team goals by identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize, and scale processes; champion change management and adoption of new capabilities

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 5-7 years of total work experience is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with AI technology (e.g., AI-enabled workflow, automation, anomaly detection, or knowledge tools) to drive operational improvements and efficiency
  • Strong understanding of cash processing and/or Demand Deposit Systems (DDS) is a significant plus; experience with brokerage processing is also preferred
  • Proven ability to manage complex operational tasks, conduct supervisory reviews, and uphold rigorous risk and control standards
  • Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of cross-team collaboration
  • High attention to detail, data integrity mindset, and comfort with metrics/analytics to monitor performance and inform decisions
