Details:

Need to work with Internal Payroll team. Collaborating with global payroll team and other Oracle Functional/Technical folks. Work as an SME in Payroll.

Responsibilities:

• Converting Vertex engine to Oracle US Payroll engine, mandatory post 25C
• Manage end-to-end US payroll processing for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Apply knowledge of US federal, state, and local tax regulations in payroll administration.
• Calculate and process statutory deductions including FICA, FUTA, SUTA, and other applicable taxes.
• Ensure compliance with IRS guidelines and wage & hour laws (FLSA).
• Partner with HR, Finance,
• Stay updated with changes in US tax laws affecting payroll.

Required Experience &

Skills:

• 12+ years of experience in US payroll and taxation.
• Strong knowledge of US payroll laws, multi-state taxation, and compliance.
• Experience with payroll systems, Oracle HCM
• Proficiency in payroll reconciliations, audits, and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
