Job Title
Understanding of securitization products such as ABS RMBS CMBS Agency or CLOCDOs.
Solid understanding of the mortgage products and processes used by mortgage lenders and servicers including knowledge of underwriting loan origination processes and loan servicing practices.
General knowledge of capital market and vis-a-vis bond market structure is a must.
Knowledge of financial cash flow modelling investor reporting and regulatory reporting will be an added advantage.
