Job DescriptionThe Commercial Sales Associate II provides ongoing Commercial Customer service documentation and loan system support as the Relationship Teams liaison on assigned accounts.
Responsibilities- Manage and process overdrafts, prepare daily packages for review within audit credit policy timelines.
- Maintain financial reporting requirements of the team’s portfolio.
- Assist with processing covenant compliance for Credit Management approval.
- Track and scan insurance certificates.
- Review and follow up on RM reports, RM/CS for clearing delinquencies, maturities and loan exceptions.
- Monitor Good Faith Reports.
- Ensure new loans, renewals and modifications are booked & scanned correctly in TD systems.
- Assist in deposit and loan account transfers between RMs.
- Track loan and deposit accounts to ensure correct RM assignment.
- Follow up on loan payoffs.
- Use Salesforce/nCino for adding entities/opportunities, research data and ensure accuracy.
- Process and monitor servicing requests, advances, transfers, paydowns, payments in LT with proper authorization.
- Process fees and scan credit/loan information to Doc Man.
- Process invoices for payments and manage T&E expense reports.
- Provide professional and efficient service to external and internal customers.
- Analyze transaction structure and provide customer service functions.
- Provide administrative support to Relationship Managers.
- Assist RMs in closing loans, clearing conditions of closing, preparing and organizing closing packages.
- Upload and track financial statements.
- Process payments, advances, pay‑downs, wires and line of credit adjustments.
- Support the Relationship Team with reporting, loan activities, delinquencies, correspondence preparation and tracking.
- Assist in generating daily and monthly reports for Relationship Management.
- Respond to customer research queries and facilitate solutions.
- Perform notary services and complex transactions as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years related experience in commercial lending or banking.
- Strong knowledge of commercial lending products, credit policy, loan documentation and regulation.
- Understanding of loan structures, risk ratings, loan‑to‑value ratios, billing processes and technical loan system details.
- Analytical, problem‑solving and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail, ability to review large volumes of documentation accurately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- PC proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Relationship Team systems and software.
- Ability to multi‑task, learn new systems quickly and work independently.
- Domestic travel – occasional.
