We're seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Tax Reporting & Compliance. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA (4 days in office required).

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Provide advanced operational support for the preparation and maintenance of tax records, returns, and reports for internal and/or external clients.
  • Coordinate tax-related regulatory filings and gather required data elements for various regulatory filings.
  • Implement system and operational modifications to comply with substantial regulatory changes and update tax forms and information return layouts.
  • Perform second-level quality assurance of tax deliverables for more complex clients in accordance with department policies.
  • Track data needed for tax calculations, perform straightforward data analysis, and resolve moderately complex data issues.
  • Identify missing data needed for tax records and filings and liaise with others in the tax team to obtain the information.
  • Provide guidance to less experienced team members and contribute to the achievement of team objectives.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • High school/secondary school diploma or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in a business discipline is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of total work experience preferred.
  • Ability to perform quality and completion of own work with minimal supervision.
  • Experience working in tax reporting, compliance, or related operational roles.
