Client Processor I
One client is seeking a detail-oriented Client Processor I to support daily operations. This entry-level position is responsible for processing client transactions, reviewing financial notices and documents, resolving discrepancies, handling high volumes of operational tickets, and supporting reconciliation activities. The role also contributes to reporting, process improvements, and ensuring timely resolution of service-related issues.
Key
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 0–3 years of professional experience
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Basic Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to manage priorities and work independently
- Financial services, corporate banking, brokerage processing, or loan operations experience is a plus
Additional Details:
- 4 days per week onsite in Pittsburgh
- 3-month assignment with potential for conversion
- Extensive training and shadowing provided
- Ideal for recent graduates or candidates seeking to build a career in financial services operations
