Newrez is seeking a Mortgage Consultant to originate a variety of loans for existing customers and first-time home buyers. You will manage a full loan pipeline, respond to leads by phone, assess needs, and coordinate with underwriting and processing teams to close loans efficiently.
The role requires 2+ years of origination experience, an active NMLS license, and solid knowledge of appraisals, title reports and guidelines. Strong communication and inside sales skills are essential.
