Location: Philadelphia, PA Area (Hybrid – 4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
We're seeking a Treasury Specialist to join a collaborative corporate accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in treasury, cash management, or corporate accounting who is looking to grow within a stable organization.
Responsibilities- Manage corporate bank accounts and banking relationships.
- Process wire transfers, ACH payments, and cash transactions.
- Assist with cash flow reporting and forecasting.
- Maintain vendor banking information and treasury systems.
- Prepare banking documentation, including W-9s and wire instructions.
- Support accounting and finance initiatives as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of treasury, cash management, or accounting experience.
- Experience with wire transfers, ACH payments, bank account administration, and cash management.
- Experience with Yardi and/or Concur is a plus.
