Finance & Banking Associate, Portfolio & Asset Management

Location: Montgomery County, PA (Hybrid)

Compensation: $100,000–$125,000 base salary + performance bonus

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Atlantic Group is partnering with a dynamic and expanding real estate investment firm to identify an Associate – Asset Management & Portfolio Operations

In this highly visible role, you'll help optimize portfolio performance, influence investment decisions, and provide financial insights that directly impact a diverse real estate portfolio. As a key member of the Asset Management team, you will:

• Analyze property and portfolio performance, including financial results, occupancy trends, NOI, leasing activity, and key operational metrics.
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, variance analyses, investor reporting, and executive-level financial presentations.
• Partner with Asset Management, Property Management, Operations, and Finance teams to identify opportunities to improve asset performance and maximize returns.
• Support strategic initiatives including refinancing, lender reporting, capital planning, acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio optimization.
• Conduct market research, financial modeling, and ad hoc analyses to support investment decisions and long‑term portfolio strategy.
• Develop meaningful reporting and performance dashboards that help leadership make informed, data‑driven decisions.
• Assist with process improvements and operational initiatives that enhance efficiency across the organization.

The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with a solid understanding of commercial real estate operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in Asset Management, Real Estate Finance, Property Accounting, Commercial Real Estate, Investment Analysis, or a similar analytical role.
• Experience analyzing income‑producing real estate assets, including financial statements, operating performance, budgets, and forecasting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis.
• Experience with Yardi or other property management/accounting platforms is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
