Specialist, Client Processing
Job DescriptionWe're seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Client Processing to join our Loans Processing team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Support transactional operations across multiple loan systems including facility creation and maintenance aligned with regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards.
- Perform loan servicing tasks such as payment processing, facility updates, and ensuring system data integrity.
- Review and manage loan documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Provide middle office support, resolving inquiries and ensuring timely service delivery.
- Generate reports and analytics to improve and automate loan processing workflows.
- Participate in system enhancements, product testing, and technology upgrades, with the ability to respond quickly to changes in platforms and processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and promote efficient service models.
- Apply knowledge of loan lifecycle management, financial regulations, and industry best practices to ensure operational excellence.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- 0-3 years of total work experience is preferred.
- Experience in brokerage processing is preferred.
- Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award.
