As a Finance Associate within PNC's Retail Banking Finance organization, you will support the Small Business Finance team organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA.

This role serves as a key finance partner to business leaders, providing financial analysis, forecasting, planning, and strategic decision support to help drive growth, profitability, and operating efficiency across the portfolio.

The individual will collaborate closely with business leaders and finance partners across Retail Banking, Treasury Management and Merchant Services to deliver actionable insights and executive-level reporting.

Key responsibilities include supporting monthly and annual forecast processes, preparing financial presentations for senior leadership, analyzing business performance and key drivers, developing variance commentary, performing ad hoc financial analysis, and identifying opportunities to improve reporting and planning processes.

This role offers significant exposure to senior leadership and is ideal for a candidate who enjoys combining financial analysis, business partnership, and strategic decision support in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment.

** Job Description*
* + Prepares timely, transparent, and succinct financial reports to enable informed decision-making by stakeholders. Produces timely and precise revenue, expense, and staffing forecasts. May develop strategic insights from data to enhance budget and forecast accuracy.

+ Contributes to annual budget cycle and continuous monthly forecasting. Contributes to development of long term strategic plans. Prepares key financial forecasts, metric-driven performance dashboards, and strategic business insights for business leaders and executives.

+ Performs on-demand analysis and generates custom reports to address specific business needs. Collaborates with the business on implementation and compliance of new accounting and regulatory standards.

+ Facilitates audit, regulatory, and investor requests by providing timely and accurate information. Promptly identifies and addresses control matters; maintains sound control processes.

+ Navigates professional interactions with colleagues across departments to ensure alignment and shared success.
