Loans Operations Associate

A global financial firm is hiring multiple Associates for their Loans Operations team in the Pittsburgh, PA, area. The candidate will be responsible for areas of end to end processes for loans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of syndicated and bilateral loans, including loan closing, servicing, rate setting, payments, advances, fees, and portfolio management within LoanIQ.
• Serve as the operational lead for agency functions—coordinating with borrowers, lenders, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Resolve complex loan issues and client inquiries using expert knowledge of syndicated loan structures and system workflows.
• Interpret and apply complex credit agreements and legal documentation to operational processes.
• Oversee and enhance loan operations processes, including trade processing and coordination with platforms such as Clear Par.
• Collaborate across internal groups and external stakeholders to maintain service quality and operational efficiency.
