DESCRIPTION

OF WORK

This position provides monitoring, evaluation, and analytical support to ensure that contracted providers and internal programs meet quality and compliance standards. As an Administrative Officer 1, you will perform the following duties:

  • Program Monitoring:
    Review external providers and internal units to assess compliance and quality through audits and reports
  • Tool Development:
    Create and refine monitoring tools and systems that support consistent and transparent evaluation
  • Report Preparation:
    Prepare monitoring reports and follow through on findings to strengthen program performance
  • Provider Communication:
    Interact with contracted providers and internal programs regarding compliance and quality matters
  • Data Analysis:
    Compile statistical data and evaluate performance results to support recommendations to leadership
Work Schedule and Additional Information:
  • Full-time employment
  • Work hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
  • Telework:
    You will not have the option to telework in this position.
  • Salary:

    You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) hybrid, up to 2 days per week after 6 months of employment. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Pittsburgh.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
  • Two years of experience in varied office management or staff work; and a bachelor's degree; or any equivalent combination of experience and training.
