Flex Shift Supervisor

We are seeking Flex Shift Supervisor to join our team in our Crafton, PA locations.

Position Description

* Demonstrates knowledge of current facility policies and procedures and ensures compliance in daily operations.

* Maintains a working knowledge of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) and ICF/MR regulations to support quality care and regulatory standards.

* Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with staff, residents, and interdisciplinary teams.

* Communicates clearly and effectively while applying strong supervisory and leadership skills across all levels of personnel.

* Applies analytical reasoning and organizational skills to prioritize responsibilities and manage operational needs.

* Builds and maintains professional rapport with parents, external agencies, and internal departments.

* Implements appropriate supervision practices and techniques to ensure safety, accountability, and quality service delivery.

* Exercises sound judgment and decision-making in routine and complex situations.

* Delegates responsibilities appropriately and provides training and guidance to personnel to support performance and development.

* Maintains poise, professionalism, and composure in all interactions and situations.

Earn $20.50 per hr.
