Overview

H2 Health Prime Living is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide 1:1 patient care in luxury senior living communities in Lehigh Valley, PA. Full-Time (34+ visits/week) with a flexible schedule. Opportunities include local placements or travel positions, giving you the choice to build your career where you want to be.

• Provide 1:1 care to residents within senior living communities.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver therapy opportunities and achieve patient outcomes.
• Embrace a clinic model where you see all patients under one roof, with potential flexibility to travel.

• Education:
  
  Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Experience:
  
  Prior experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome.
• Licensure:
  Active or eligible state license to practice.
