Required:
* Must have competency in venipuncture/standard phlebotomy; this can be demonstrated via completion of an accredited phlebotomy training program OR equivalent experience with appropriate substantiation
Preferred but not required:
* Experience with whole blood unit collection
* Experience with apheresis component collections (e.g., plasma, platelets)
* Familiarity with IRB protocols, processes, and systems
Bachelor's degree is required.
