• New Grad Placement Available – perfect for recent grads ready to gain hands-on experience
• Supportive and collaborative rehab team
• Residents who are excited to work with you and celebrate every milestone
• Consistent full-time schedule with time to provide high-quality care

• Evaluate and treat residents to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
• Develop and implement individualized, goal-driven treatment plans
• Document evaluations, treatments, and progress using Net Health and Point Click Care
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support resident-centered care plans
• Provide education to residents, families, and staff as appropriate

• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist (PT) license
• SNF/LTC experience preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply
• Familiarity with Net Health and Point Click Care  a plus
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Passion for patient-centered care and rehabilitation
