Patient Services Representative

UPMC -  -  - Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly, guides them through self-arrival technology or check-in, and collects copayments at the point of service.;
Confirm/update patient information, schedule follow-up appointments, and connect patients to resources for ancillary services.;
Provide clear instructions, follow up on unresolved patient needs, and take appropriate action for service recovery.;
Register patients for Biometrics, promote MyUPMC, assist with financial education, verify insurance, and obtain consent forms.;
Handle phone calls, assist with administrative tasks, and other duties as needed.
