Deliver patient trays in a timely and accurate manner.;
Adhere to dietary restrictions and HACCP guidelines; ensure safe and quality food service.;
Deliver floor stock to unit pantries and complete all required logs.;
Communicate patient food issues/needs to Food & Nutrition Services; coordinate with Nursing for nutrition needs.;
Maintain a clean, sanitary working environment and follow HIPAA, infection control, and hazardous materials procedures.
