Position: Front Desk Receptionist 4pm-8pm

Looking for qualified Receptionist to join our team!

Location: Locust Grove Retirement Village

Job Type: Part-Time

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a positive and efficient work environment?
Join our team as an Receptionist. We are a resident and employee-focused community seeking a dedicated and driven professional to assist in building a culture of excellence and care.

Major Responsibilities
  • Coordinate work within the department and with other departments, responding to inquiries and requests for information.
  • Provide courteous, tactful, and friendly interactions with visitors and answering phones
  • Read and handle correspondence and memos, responding to routine matters or directing them to the appropriate parties.
  • Organize and maintain administrative records and filing systems.
  • Provide customer service to residents and families as necessary.
  • Monitor the front door
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, dedicated, and committed to delivering high-quality service.
