Acrisure Stadium Suites Supervisor

ARAMARK at Acrisure Stadium seeks a Suites Supervisor to lead game-day and event operations for premium suites. This role oversees suite attendants and service staff, ensuring high-quality food and beverage service, timely setup and breakdown, and strict adherence to safety and sanitation standards. The Suites Supervisor coaches and schedules team members, resolves guest concerns, coordinates with culinary and operations teams, and supports inventory and cash controls.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily and event-time operations for premium suites at Acrisure Stadium
• Lead, schedule, and coach suite attendants and service staff
• Ensure timely suite setup, service execution, and post-event breakdown
• Maintain high standards of guest service, professionalism, and responsiveness
• Coordinate with culinary, beverage, and operations teams to deliver events
• Monitor compliance with food safety, alcohol service, and sanitation policies
• Support inventory, product requisitions, and stock rotation for suites
• Assist with cash handling, basic reporting, and accurate documentation
• Address and resolve guest issues or service escalations promptly
• Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement
