Club & Catering Manager

ARAMARK is seeking a Club & Catering Manager for PPG Paints Arena to lead premium dining and event operations. You will oversee planning and execution of club and catering functions, manage budgets, staffing, and inventory, and ensure exceptional guest service for sports and entertainment events. Partner with arena and Aramark leaders to deliver high-quality menus, seamless service, and a safe, compliant operation.

You'll recruit, train, and coach team members, drive revenue and cost controls, and support Aramark's culture of teamwork, inclusivity, and community impact while growing your career in hospitality leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead club and catering operations for events at PPG Paints Arena
• Plan and execute premium dining and catering functions
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and cost controls
• Hire, train, schedule, and coach front- and back-of-house staff
• Ensure outstanding guest service and swift issue resolution
• Maintain compliance with food safety, alcohol service, and workplace safety standards
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
• Collaborate with arena and Aramark leadership on menus and service standards
• Drive revenue growth through upselling and service enhancements
• Support Aramark culture of teamwork, inclusivity, and community impact
