The
** Employee Experience Coordinator
** is a full-time, summer seasonal role within the Talent & Culture department. This dynamic position focuses on onboarding, employee housing, international staff travel / activities, employee events, staff socials, and departmental operational support. This position reports to the Employee Experience Specialist and works closely with them. The
** Employee Experience Coordinator
** leads the employee housing program, coordinating arrivals, departures, accommodations, and inspections. They coordinate international staff arrival/departure and activities. They also assist with planning and hosting employee events. Additionally, the Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the department, including staff check-in, onboarding, offboarding, and other general human resources functions. This role requires strong computer skills, professionalism, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, inclusive environment.
** ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
** Perform general human resource related duties as required including the tracking of high-volume employee onboarding components and certifications. Execute and manage the day-to-day operations of the employee housing program under the direction of the Employee Experience Specialist, serving as the primary point of contact for housing-related questions, concerns, and communications. Other duties as assigned.
** KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
** Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines. Ability to communicate and collaborate with all departments. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with moderate supervision, agile, and able to pivot quickly. Strong attention to detail,organizational, and time management skills. Ability to develop strong relationships with diverse groups of people. Strong interpersonal skills. Able to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
** QUALIFICATIONS
* **** Required Qualifications
**** 1-2 years of administrative experience.
* 2 years of college.
* High School Diploma or equivalent.
* Administrative skills with MS Office and ability to learn other computer programs quickly.
* Provide work related references upon request.
* Employment in this position is contingent upon successful completion of all pre-hire background checks, including criminal history clearance through the Pennsylvania State Police (PATCH), child abuse clearance through the Department of Public Welfare, Motor Vehicle Record if required by position and federal background screening via FBI fingerprinting.
**
* Preferred Qualifications:
**** 1 year of Human Resource experience preferred.
* Experience working in a camp environment preferred.
