This is an opportunity for an experienced HR professional to step into a broad, hands-on leadership role with ownership across the employee lifecycle. You’ll lead HR team members while gaining visibility across recruiting, total rewards, employee relations, compliance, and talent development.

Target Compensation: $110K-$130K (+ Bonus)

• Take ownership of a broad HR function rather than being limited to one specialty.
• Lead, coach, and develop HR team members while remaining hands-on with key initiatives.
• Gain meaningful exposure to senior HR leadership and managers across the organization.
• Make an impact across the full employee lifecycle, from recruiting and onboarding through development and offboarding.
• Help shape HR programs, training, compensation, benefits, and employee experience initiatives.

• Lead day-to-day HR operations across recruiting, onboarding, benefits, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
• Manage and develop HR team members, delegating priorities and ensuring high-quality HR support.
• Partner with leadership on employee relations, performance issues, compensation planning, and workforce needs.
• Oversee HRIS/ATS administration, employee records, reporting, analytics, and HR program execution.
• Coordinate employee development, manager training, company events, and culture initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 2–3+ years of people management experience.
• Broad experience across employee relations, recruiting, benefits/total rewards, performance management, and HR compliance.
• Strong working knowledge of HRIS/ATS platforms and federal, state, and local employment requirements.
