About The Team
Our Solution Consulting team acts as a strategic partner to the sales organization, responsible for building a compelling vision of Workday’s Human Capital Management (HCM) solution within the Financial Services Industry. Our team brings the value of Workday’s HCM solutions to life and showcases how the world of work can be transformed within the highly regulated and fast-paced financial sector. We work closely with our sales counterparts to drive Net New pursuits and Customer Base upsells, and collaborate regularly with Product Management, Services/Implementation, Marketing, and Value Management on account activity.
As our customer base grows, our SCs support proactive engagements to accelerate product adoption and optimize customer health to enable continued growth.
The Role
We are seeking a Senior HCM Solution Consultant to join our Financial Services team
. Workday Solution Consultants act as trusted advisors throughout the lifecycle—from Net New pursuits to high-value customer upsells. They deliver value-based executive presentations and tailored product demonstrations that solve business challenges, not just features. You will work with Account Executives and peers to support fast-moving opportunities as well as large, strategic deals that require deep investment. In partnership with sales and customer success teams, we ensure that leading financial institutions adopt and transform their world of work to drive measurable business outcomes.
You will participate in projects and cross-functional teams to drive increased revenue and sustainable outcomes by leveraging Workday technology. Our culture is a key foundation of how we work together and hold each other accountable.

Qualifications:
- HCM Domain Mastery: 5+ years of deep Human Capital Management expertise (Core HR, Talent, Recruitment, Learning, Payroll, etc.).
- Enterprise Cloud
Experience:
Experience in a pre-sales, implementation, or strategic consulting role within cloud-based HCM ecosystems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle, etc.). - Financial Services Industry Focus (Preferred):
Experience navigating Banking, Insurance, or Fintech sectors. - Executive Presence:
