Senior Contracts Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a remote Senior Contracts Manager to join our Revenue Operations team. In this role, you will support the sales team by managing customer contracts, including revisions and redlining, negotiating terms and conditions, maintaining complete and accurate contract files and clarify contract terms.

• Review contracts, verify accuracy and resolve discrepancies in line with company rules and guidelines
• Identify, assess, and communicate contractual risks, escalating non-standard or high-risk provisions in alignment with company guidelines.
• Act as a liaison between parties in negotiating terms and conditions, drafting and revising changes as required, including representing Data Bank in meetings with customers to negotiate contract terms
• Share and clarify contract processes, conditions and details with management, business partners and employees
• Interface with our legal team to drive mutually agreeable language and terms
• Lead the continued expansion and adoption of Data Bank’s contract lifecycle management (CLM) strategy, ensuring effective storage, review, redlining, execution, and visibility of contracts across all lines of business.
• Update contract templates to provide consistency, standardized language and guidelines

• Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience in Corporate Contracts
• 4+ years of previous contract administration or related experience
• Experience in the technical sector and SaaS solutions
• Experience in paralegal, legal operations, or comparable contract-focused role a plus
• Proficient knowledge of legal requirements pertaining to relevant contracts
• Proficient with MS Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint and Salesforce a plus
• Salesforce and Lexis Nexis a plus
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complex contractual issues
• Strong negotiation and mediation skills
  
  Able to work independently as part of a team and individual contributor
• Able to detect errors and inconsistencies
• Able to work remote

• Ability to pass individual background check and drug screenings, when required*

• Protect information assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference
