We are currently searching for a Information Services Specialist to join the Philadelphia, PA office. This position is a customer service focused position that will service and support the Firm’s Records Management functions and basic information technology functions of the assigned offices.
This is a fully on‑site role.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesRecords Management
- Responsible for the electronic inventory of physical records throughout the office through scheduled rounds and as needed with daily operation.
- Responsible for reporting on and correcting non‑barcoded files.
- Work with other records management personnel to troubleshoot file information or location problems within the system. Responsible for receiving and documenting inbound deliveries of Records materials; appropriate inventory scanning and delivery within the office when needed.
- Responsible for preparing and packing of Records materials for shipment.
- Provide support for Records retention tasks.
- Ensure Records policies and procedures are followed.
Information Technology
- Provide technical assistance with a variety of office‑based technology needs including, but not limited to, the following:
- Set up of equipment and connections for conference room meetings such as laptop connections to monitors or projectors.
- Delivery and set up of computer equipment and peripherals in individual offices or conference rooms.
- Scan and inventory electronic assets.
- Assist with technology services with the assigned office(s) as directed by members of the Technology Services Department such as assist with printer or scanner troubleshooting and repair, the redeployment and updating of computer equipment, and general technology troubleshooting.
- Ship and receive technology equipment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience in a professional technology environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of basic Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and applications.
- Ability to meet or exceed deadlines in a multi‑tasking, self‑directed environment.
- Ability to travel between offices as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Ability to work standing over 75% of the day.
