As a Quality Assurance Lead (Python/JAVA) within PNC's C/IB MIS Accelerator organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Dallas, TX.
Requirements:
- Evaluate and adopt new tools and technologies for API automation,
including AI, Python, and Java.
- Design and implement automation solutions, including building scalable
and efficient testing frameworks.
- Lead and manage platform QA teams and cross-functional teams,
ensuring effective workload management.
- Develop and execute end-to-end testing strategies across systems and
platforms.
- Oversee accessibility testing to ensure products meet usability and
compliance standards.
- Lead and oversee the overall quality assurance strategy to ensure high
- quality software delivery.
- Manage, mentor, and support a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture
of quality and continuous improvement.
- Define and implement testing processes, standards, and best practices
across projects.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to
understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Drive test planning, execution, and defect management to ensure timely
and effective releases.
- Promote and expand test automation, performance testing, and quality
engineering practices.
- Monitor product quality metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
where applicable.
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and bottlenecks, and implement
mitigation strategies.

** Job Description*
* + Operating in a global delivery model, brings strategic direction to testing and acts as the subject matter expert for both the quality discipline and a line of business domain(s).
+ Leads the review of testing artifacts throughout the product life-cycle to ensure appropriate sign off and prioritization of testing work. Including coordinating test strategy, scripting and defect resolution.
+ Including ensuring early engagement with internal partners and proactive planning to ensure quality is a core area of focus early in the product lifecycle.
+ Take accountability for quality standards in the development, implementation and upkeep test scripts and opportunities for automation of testing products.
+ Developing meaningful management metrics that help to gauge project health. Identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement in product release.
