We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA. This role is ideal for individuals beginning their careers in business analysis who want to gain practical experience in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and supporting technology-driven improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements for projects of varying complexity.

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with user needs and system capabilities.

Collaborate with IT and product teams to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.

Support testing activities, including test case design, requirement traceability, and user acceptance testing.

Conduct data analysis to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

Provide training and documentation for new or updated systems and applications.

Participate in Agile development cycles, supporting sprint planning and product enhancements.

Ensure that all project documentation adheres to internal standards and quality practices.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

0-2 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or related roles.

Strong understanding of business process mapping, data analytics, and system documentation.

Familiarity with SQL, Python, or Java for data analysis or automation tasks is a plus.

Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
