Sr. Site Reliability Automation Engineer

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Sr. Site Reliability Automation Engineer to join our Technology team. This role is located in [CITY]

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

* Design and implement automation platforms supporting self-healing and auto-remediation frameworks.

* Develop backend services and automation tools primarily in Python and Go.

* Build and maintain monitoring using Monitoring-as-a-Code practices.

* Manage containerized workloads using Kubernetes and Docker.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

* Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred. 8-10 years of related experience required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.

* 8+ years of software engineering experience, including Dev Ops or Site Reliability Engineering roles.

* Strong programming experience in Python or Go.

* Deep understanding of Linux systems and distributed systems architecture.

* Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, including MS Azure and Private Cloud.

* Experience defining and maintaining SLOs and error budgets.

* Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.

* Strong knowledge of databases and messaging systems (e.g., Postgre

SQL, Mongo

DB, Redis, Rabbit

MQ, SQS).

* Experience managing and mentoring engineering teams.
