Function of the group:
The Audience List team works across all lines of business to consult on targeting strategy and deliver accurate, compliant audience lists for marketing and service communications by performing feasibility, list sizing, suppression application, and logic validation to support downstream campaign activation.

Role/Responsibilities:
Partner with business, marketing, and strategy teams to deliver accurate, compliant audience lists supporting marketing, service, and regulated communications across all lines of business. Consult on targeted audience design, advising stakeholders on segmentation feasibility, data availability, and regulatory considerations to ensure campaign strategies can be operationalized effectively.
Develop, maintain, and execute audience selection logic using SAS and enterprise data platforms; contribute to the teams transition of audience development processes from SAS to Python by year end.
Perform audience feasibility analysis and list sizing to validate reach, suppress ions, and expected volumes prior to downstream activation.
Apply and manage standard marketing and regulatory suppress ions, serving as a subject matter expert on Do Not Contact (DNC), CAN SPAMrelated requirements, and contact eligibility rules. Collaborate closely with marketing strategy partners to translate business objectives into clear audience requirements, documenting assumptions, risks, and data dependencies.
Demonstrate 24 years of experience using SAS, with working knowledge of Python preferred as the team modernizes its analytics and audience development capabilities.
