As a Software Engineer Lead within PNC's Data and Automation Machine Learning Operations Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh-PA or Strongsville-OH.

Responsibilities include:

- Lead and mentor a team of MLOps engineers to design, develop, and maintain scalable machine learning infrastructure and deployment pipelines.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to operationalize ML models and ensure robust, reliable production systems.

- Drive best practices in CI/CD, automation, monitoring, and cloud infrastructure management specific to ML workflows.

- Serve as a technical expert and functional lead in MLOps, influencing architecture decisions and technology adoption.

- Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement of ML lifecycle management processes.

- Discuss the leadership role in guiding the MLOps team and collaborating with cross-functional partners.

- Highlight day-to-day responsibilities including pipeline development, infrastructure management, and troubleshooting production ML systems.

- Emphasize opportunities to influence technology strategy and improve ML lifecycle processes.

- Outline expectations for On-site work, occasional on-call support, and participation in project planning and execution.
