Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead complex ERP, enterprise systems, and End User Computing (EUC) transformation programs. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Workday, Concur, One Stream, Hyperion, large-scale endpoint and VDI deployments, and M&A integration initiatives. This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end program delivery, governance, organizational change management, and operational readiness across enterprise technology environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead full lifecycle delivery of ERP, enterprise systems, and EUC transformation programs.
  • Develop and manage integrated program plans, including milestones, dependencies, critical paths, resource planning, and workstream coordination.
  • Ensure alignment across enterprise applications, infrastructure, security, and business functions.
  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks, project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and decision registers.
  • Proactively identify risks, issues, and blockers, and drive timely resolution.
  • Facilitate collaboration across Business, IT, Finance, HR, Security, Infrastructure, Service Desk teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Provide executive-level reporting, program updates, escalations, and decision support.
  • Design and execute organizational change management strategies and communication plans for executive, operational, and end-user audiences.
  • Develop transition playbooks, standard operating procedures, training materials, and adoption plans.
  • Lead ERP and enterprise system integration activities during mergers and acquisitions, including system consolidation, cutover planning, data migration, and business process alignment.
  • Manage integration risks and ensure continuity of business operations throughout transformation initiatives.
  • Establish governance structures for large-scale EUC transformation programs.
  • Lead phased deployment strategies, including Proof of Concept (POC), pilot, and full-scale deployment phases.
  • Manage wave-based deployments supporting large enterprise endpoint and VDI environments.
  • Oversee operational readiness activities, including support processes, escalation workflows, security operations alignment, monitoring, and reporting capabilities.
  • Coordinate activities across IT Operations, Security, Service Desk, Infrastructure teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
  • Ensure synchronization between workstation deployment and VDI implementation work streams.
  • Establish centralized deployment tracking mechanisms, including installation status, wave progress, deployment metrics, and risk management reporting.
  • Define pilot programs, readiness assessments, go/no-go criteria, and scaling strategies for enterprise deployments.
  • Drive successful transition from pilot deployments to full production rollouts.
Required Qualifications
  • 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience with enterprise systems, including:
  • Workday (HR and Finance modules)
  • Concur
  • One Stream
  • Hyperion
  • 5+ years of experience with enterprise system integrations and cross-functional data flows involving HR, Finance, and IT systems.
  • 5+ years of experience managing large-scale endpoint and VDI deployment programs.
  • Strong knowledge of deployment methodologies, including phased and wave-based rollout strategies.
  • Experience with endpoint security solutions and governance frameworks, including Microsoft Defender or similar technologies.
  • Experience managing operational readiness initiatives and support model transitions.
  • 5+ years of experience leading complex enterprise programs from initiation through completion.
  • Expertise in governance frameworks, RAID management, multi-workstream coordination, and executive reporting.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience supporting post-merger integration programs and system consolidation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise system integration within multi-entity organizations.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in matrixed and fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Life Sciences or other regulated industries.
  • Exposure to enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Service Now, Smartsheet, Clarity, or comparable project management and service management tools.
  • Experience leading enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience working with global teams and distributed delivery models.
