Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead cross-workstream program coordination for large-scale transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on M&A integrations and End User Computing (EUC) programs. This role will serve as a senior program lead, coordinating across multiple project managers and work streams to ensure unified governance, seamless execution, and successful delivery of complex enterprise initiatives, including large-scale endpoint and VDI deployments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the senior program lead coordinating multiple project managers and cross-functional work streams.
  • Develop and deliver consolidated program status reports for executive stakeholders.
  • Maintain integrated RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) logs and drive dependency management across programs.
  • Identify, manage, and resolve delivery blockers, risks, and escalations.
  • Provide structured governance, executive reporting, and leadership updates.
  • Own full lifecycle program delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Define program milestones, deliverables, timelines, governance frameworks, and success metrics.
  • Ensure alignment between program objectives and business outcomes, particularly within M&A integration initiatives.
  • Maintain and manage program schedules, dependencies, decision logs, and governance artifacts.
  • Drive collaboration across IT, business, operations, security, infrastructure, and vendor teams.
  • Facilitate informed decision-making through structured reporting and governance processes.
  • Develop and execute communication strategies for executive, operational, and project stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain playbooks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), transition plans, and operational readiness documentation.
  • Support organizational change management initiatives and business adoption efforts.
  • Lead governance and execution of large-scale EUC deployment programs, including Proof of Concept (POC), pilot, and full deployment phases.
  • Manage wave-based deployment strategies supporting enterprise endpoint and VDI environments.
  • Establish centralized deployment tracking, reporting, and dashboard capabilities.
  • Oversee operational readiness activities, including support models, escalation processes, reporting, monitoring, and security tool transitions.
  • Coordinate activities across IT Operations, Security, Service Desk, Infrastructure teams, and external vendors.
  • Define pilot cohorts, rollout readiness criteria, and scaling strategies based on validated deployment outcomes.
  • Lead or support post-merger integration activities, ensuring alignment across technology, operations, and business functions.
  • Manage integration timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations throughout M&A initiatives.
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or Technical Program Management.
  • Strong expertise in program coordination, governance, and multi-workstream delivery management.
  • Experience managing enterprise-scale transformation programs with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
  • Advanced experience with RAID management, dependency mapping, risk mitigation, and executive reporting.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end program delivery and execution.
  • Strong experience driving cross-functional collaboration and issue resolution.
  • 5+ years of experience managing large-scale endpoint and VDI deployment programs.
  • Experience with wave-based deployment methodologies, pilot programs, and rollout governance.
  • Familiarity with enterprise security solutions and endpoint management platforms, including Microsoft Defender or similar technologies.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting M&A integration initiatives and post-merger integration activities.
  • 5+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, stakeholder communications, and operational readiness planning.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage executive leadership and business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with enterprise-scale digital transformation programs.
  • Experience working within global delivery and distributed team environments.
  • Familiarity with program management and collaboration tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Azure Dev Ops, and reporting platforms.
  • Experience developing executive dashboards and reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI.
