Overview

Responsibilities

+ Configure and maintain Adobe Workfront projects, templates, workflows, forms, dashboards, and reporting.

+ Design and implement workflow automations using Adobe Fusion.

+ Build and support integrations between Workfront and enterprise systems such as Adobe Experience Cloud, CRM platforms, DAM systems, APIs, and third-party applications.

+ Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document workflow and automation requirements.

+ Optimize marketing operations processes and improve operational efficiency.

+ Develop and maintain automated workflows, notifications, approval processes, and task orchestration.

+ Troubleshoot workflow, integration, and automation issues.

+ Support user onboarding, training, and operational support activities.

+ Create and maintain technical and process documentation.

+ Ensure adherence to governance, security, and enterprise standards.

Requirements

+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

+ 4+ years of relevant experience in Workfront administration, workflow automation, or enterprise integrations.

+ Experience supporting enterprise-scale marketing or operational workflows preferred.

+ 5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront administration, configuration, workflows, templates, forms, dashboards, and reporting.

+ 3+ years of supporting marketing operations and project management.

+ 5+ years of building and maintaining Adobe Fusion scenarios, workflow automations, and API-based integrations.

+ 5+ years of integrating Workfront with enterprise applications, Adobe platforms, and third-party systems.

+ 5+ years of experience working with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and integration patterns.

+ 3+ years of troubleshooting integration and workflow issues.

+ Familiarity with data mapping, workflow orchestration, and automation best practices.

+ Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

+ Ability to translate business requirements into technical workflow solutions.

+ Preferred:
Experience in Banking and financial domains, Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem, AEM, AJO, and AEP.
