Position Location:

5 days in office required.

Pay Rate: $40 to 55/hr. on W2 ONLY

Length of Assignment: 12 Months Contract to Hire role

Function of the Group: OIM Onboarding works with application teams to onboard their applications to OIM to effectively manage access permissions and coordinate access certifications in a centralized tool.
Initiatives/Projects: Applications can have connected or disconnected (manual provisioning) entitlements, and we are looking to establish connectors that can integrate with application directories so they can be fully connected.
Industry background: Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) knowledge. Financial service industries (Banking, Insurance, etc.) or any industry with high scrutiny of access risk and policy enforcement.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Execute the OIM Onboarding acceleration (Go to Green plan) to establish connectors that integrate with application directories into OIM. The resources will work directly with application teams to integrate with AD, OUD or centralize with BASA. Will perpetuate manual work needed to support these applications, which requires ongoing overhead and carries higher risk than fully connected applications. Will also assist with Onboarding related tasks such as Quality Assurance reviews, processing of intake forms etc.

Read and interpret application API documentation Map accounts, attributes, and entitlements / understand a schema from source Handle create / update / disable / delete (CRUD) logic Authoritative sources for syncing and aggregating users and access Downstream application dependencies.

Must Have Technical Skills (4+ Yesrs of Experience Required):
1. Experience configuring platforms (AD, Azure AD, OUD etc) and building custom connectors API & Protocol knowledge (SCIM, Rest API s etc) to connect to application databases Data Transformation (ETL) from source system to IGA tool.
2. Expert Excel skills - Formulas/VLOOKUP Active Directory / Oracle Unified Directory knowledge Experience and knowledge of IAM (Identity Access Management).
3. Experience and knowledge in OIM (Oracle Identity Manager) REST / SOAP APIs SCIM JDBC / database connectors Flat file (CSV/SFTP) Directory based (AD / LDAP).
4. Read and interpret application API documentation Map accounts, attributes, and entitlements / understand a schema from source.
5. Handle create / update / disable / delete (CRUD) logic Authoritative sources for syncing and aggregating users and access Downstream application dependencies.

Flex Skills/Nice to Have:
Knowledge of SQL - running queries and exporting results

Experience with using multiple SharePoint sites.

Education/Certifications: Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
