IT Security & Support Contractor

We are seeking an IT Security & Support Contractor to work out of Dauphin County, PA IT Security & Support Contractor (Hybrid) Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Information Technology Security and Technical Support.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

• Provide general IT and technology support to end users.
• Respond to, troubleshoot, and resolve support tickets in a timely manner.
• Assist with documenting, tracking, and managing security incidents and vulnerabilities.
• Perform network monitoring, analysis, and reporting activities.
• Support security operations and compliance initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, organizational policies, and security standards.
• Collaborate with Security and Help Desk teams to maintain and improve IT services.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of IT support and security processes.

• Experience with incident management and vulnerability remediation.
• Knowledge of network monitoring and security tools.
• Familiarity with IT service management and ticketing systems.
• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and compliance requirements.
