We are seeking a highly driven, hands‑on Talent Acquisition Specialist (Individual Contributor) with deep expertise in end‑to‑end technical recruiting. This role requires a strategic recruiter who can operate in a fast‑paced, tech‑driven environment while managing complex stakeholder relationships and delivering against aggressive hiring targets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of hiring across a broad spectrum of technology roles, including software development, architecture, Dev Ops, cloud engineering, and project/program management, with prior experience supporting financial services, banking, or wealth management organizations.

Key Responsibilities 🔹 End-to-End Recruitment Ownership
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles—from intake and sourcing through offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team structures, technical requirements, and hiring priorities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the business, ensuring alignment between talent strategy and organizational goals
🔹 Full-Stack Technical Hiring Expertise
  • Build and manage pipelines across a wide range of roles, including:
  • Software Engineers (Frontend, Backend, Full Stack)
  • Solutions / Enterprise Architects
  • Dev Ops & Site Reliability Engineers
  • Cloud Engineers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Data Engineers, Data Scientists, AI/ML Engineers
  • Technical Project / Program Managers, Scrum Masters
  • Drive calibration sessions with stakeholders to refine role requirements and candidate profiles
🔹 Domain Expertise – Financial Services
  • Leverage prior experience recruiting within financial services, banking, or wealth/asset management environments
  • Understand domain-specific hiring nuances including regulatory, security, and scalability considerations
  • Identify candidates with experience supporting trading platforms, wealth platforms, payments, or core banking systems
🔹 Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring across multiple technology verticals
  • Provide consistent updates, market insights, and data-driven recommendations
  • Proactively address hiring challenges with creative and strategic solutions
🔹 Sourcing Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using Linked In Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and research‑driven outreach
  • Conduct talent mapping and market intelligence to build proactive pipelines
  • Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques to identify niche and hard‑to‑find talent
🔹 Interview & Offer Management
  • Manage interview coordination, panel alignment, and feedback loops to ensure timely decision‑making
  • Drive offer discussions, negotiations, and closures with a strong focus on candidate experience
  • Ensure a high‑quality, consistent employer brand throughout the hiring process
🔹 Data, Reporting & Analytics
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date data within ATS systems (e.g., Success Factors, Taleo, or similar)
  • Track and report on key recruiting metrics including pipeline health, time‑to‑fill, and conversion ratios
  • Provide weekly reporting and insights to leadership
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 7–10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on technical recruiting
