The Associate Technical Consultant – AI Enablement & IT Operations plays a critical role in Simply Spatial's growing AI practice and client success. This role is responsible for building and deploying AI agents, configuring AI environments, and delivering enablement programs that help clients adopt and operationalize AI across their organizations.

As an Associate Technical Consultant, you are a hands‑on builder and communicator. You work across platforms including Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, wire up integrations, support IT operations, and help clients understand and confidently use the AI tools their organization depends on.

The Associate Technical Consultant – AI Enablement & IT Operations designs, builds, and deploys AI solutions across client environments while supporting training delivery and IT operations.

You will help configure AI environments, build and deploy agents, integrate AI tools with business systems, and support structured enablement programs that help clients adopt and use AI effectively.

This is a build‑first consulting role. You will not just talk about AI. You will help configure it, deploy it, and support how it gets used in real‑world operations.

GIS knowledge and state and local government/critical infrastructure/commercial experience is a plus. Simply Spatial’s AI enablement practice is differentiated by its integration of spatial intelligence into AI workflows, and candidates with exposure to ArcGIS tools will find opportunities to apply that expertise.
