What Does the Solutions Consultant, CRM and Data Management Do?
The Solutions Consultant, CRM and Data Management in Life Sciences will support the implementation, configuration, administration, and integration of CRM and related field-facing platforms for commercial and medical teams. The primary focus will be Customer Relationship Management (CRM), including system configuration, administration, user support, data flows, and integration with related platforms. This role partners with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable CRM and data solutions while supporting ongoing data management and automation needs.
Responsibilities- Lead client meetings and demonstrations, documenting business requirements and transforming requirements into technical solutions
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to evaluate, recommend, and deliver CRM, data, and related technology solutions in alignment with key business priorities
- Perform implementation, configuration, and ongoing administration tasks for CRM, content management systems, and related data/integration initiatives
- Manage data feeds and integrations to and from CRM, including troubleshooting, monitoring, and recommending best practices
- Follow and contribute to CRM data management, integration, and governance best practices
- Lead and execute CRM enhancement, integration, reporting, and data quality initiatives as needed

- 7–10 years in pharmaceutical sales operations, commercial systems, CRM administration, or related data management roles
- Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience configuring Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault CRM, ‑based applications, and related CRM integrations in pharmaceutical commercial and/or medical environments
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external customers
- Advanced proficiency in configuration and administration of Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault CRM, , and related Veeva Commercial applications; ability to support integrations across platforms
- Knowledge of data integration options and mechanisms, including APIs, flat files, and scheduled data feeds
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience performing data analysis using tools such as Snowflake, SQL Server, Tableau, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel
- Life sciences/pharmaceutical industry knowledge, especially experience with pharmaceutical customer data (HCPs, HCOs, affiliations)
- BA/BS from an accredited college or university, or equivalent education plus professional experience is preferred
- Certifications in , Veeva CRM, Vault CRM, Veeva Vault Platform, and/or OCE
- Familiarity with Master Data Management concepts and customer data governance in life sciences environments is a plus
