  • Implementing responsive layouts, interactions and basic animations
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and supporting website launches
  • Managing integrations with forms, analytics tools, email platforms and other third‑party services
  • Collaborating with project managers, writers, designers, strategists and clients
  • Participating in discovery meetings, client presentations and internal reviews
  • Explaining technical recommendations in clear, client‑friendly language
  • Supporting ongoing website updates, optimization and maintenance
  • Reviewing websites for quality assurance, accessibility, usability, responsiveness and content accuracy
  • Providing client training on CMS use, content updates and basic website management
  • Helping improve Mighty Engine’s digital production tools, processes and workflows
Requirements

We are looking for someone who brings strong design judgment, technical ability, problem‑solving skills and follow‑through. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 4+ years of professional website design or digital design experience
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating website design and implementation
  • Advanced Webflow experience

  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines and move projects forward
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and comfort troubleshooting technical issues
  • Understanding of accessibility, usability and website performance best practices
  • Interest in public health, education, equity, nonprofits and community‑centered communications
Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications
  • Motion design experience, including After Effects, Lottie, Rive or similar tools
  • Basic HTML, CSS and JavaScript knowledge
  • Experience with AI‑assisted design or development tools
  • Experience with analytics, SEO, performance optimization or conversion tracking
