As an IT Field Services Engineer, you will provide field-level technical support for end users across assigned locations, ensuring endpoint devices and systems operate efficiently with minimal disruption.
Key Position DetailsPosition: IT Field Services Engineer
Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift
On-Call Requirements: 3–4 times per month
Compensation: $31.50 – $48.80/hour
Experience
3–5 years of desktop support experience (imaging, troubleshooting, hardware support, remote user support)
Experience with enterprise device management tools
Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
Preferred Certifications
CompTIA A+
CompTIA Network+
Microsoft Certifications
Key Responsibilities
Provide on-site and remote technical support to end users
Install, configure, and maintain endpoint devices including PCs, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and telecommunications equipment
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Support desktop imaging, deployments, and upgrades
Document issues and resolutions
Participate in the on-call rotation
