As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will lead the design of user experiences and interfaces for innovative healthcare solutions. You’ll work independently on multiple projects, partnering with cross-functional teams to translate business strategies into compelling design solutions. This role requires a balance of creativity, strategic thinking, and deep empathy for users.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end design projects from strategy and research through implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals.
* Develop and deliver design insights and solutions that enhance product usability and brand experience.
* Collaborate across disciplines—including product management, engineering, and marketing—to co-author design briefs and translate requirements into actionable design objectives.
* Produce high-quality UX/UI deliverables (wireframes, prototypes, visual designs) that meet strategic objectives with minimal supervision.
* Conduct and interpret user research, usability testing, and market trend analysis to inform design decisions.
* Mentor and coach junior designers, providing guidance on best practices and design standards.
* Maintain brand and accessibility guidelines, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints.
* Actively participate in design reviews, presenting concepts and influencing stakeholders with clear rationale.
* Stay curious and innovative, exploring new tools, methods, and trends to elevate design quality.
** Skills and Expertise
** To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
* Bachelor or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND Seven (7) years of experience in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field and 4 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries.

OR
* High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution AND Eleven (10) years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries.

AND
* Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping platforms.
* Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles.
