Business Analyst With Salesforce Experience

Location – Strongsville, OH / Phoenix, AZ / Dallas, TX / Pittsburgh, PA

Duration – Fulltime Role

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Hands-on Salesforce experience (configuration, customization, reporting).
• Strong understanding of CRM processes, Salesforce Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Exposure to integration tools (Mule Soft, Informatica).

Roles & Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering & Analysis
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
• Document AS-IS and TO-BE business process flows.
• Salesforce Solution Design
• Configure and customize Salesforce features (objects, fields, workflows, reports, dashboards).
• Recommend best practices for Salesforce usage and optimization.
• Project Execution
• Support end-to-end project lifecycle: requirement gathering, UAT, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Coordinate and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect tracking.
• Stakeholder Communication
• Act as a bridge between business teams and Salesforce developers/administrators.
• Prepare and present status reports and solution documentation.
• Data & Process Management
• Perform data analysis and ensure data integrity within Salesforce.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
